Jean-Luc was raised in Southern California and educated in Eastern Washington, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Washington State University. After completing his studies, he relocated to Portland, Oregon to begin his professional career.

In Portland, Jean-Luc gained hands-on experience working security for Multnomah County and the TriMet transit system, building a strong foundation in public safety and investigative awareness. He later obtained his Private Investigator license and joined LJK Investigations.

Outside of his investigative work, Jean-Luc enjoys woodworking, blacksmithing, and practicing martial arts.
