Marco was born and raised in Northern California where he studied Psychology (counseling) and Human Resource Management at Sonoma State University. He relocated to Douglas County Oregon where he currently resides. Marco comes to us as a retired Corrections Deputy with more than 28 years of experience with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office. Twenty of those years were spent as a crisis negotiator where he focused on the individual. It is that experience that drives him to uncover what motivates people. Marco is also a proficient Spanish language speaker.  

 

Marco loves the PNW and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including white water rafting, hiking, golfing and riding the backroads of our beautiful state as much as possible.
