Jesse was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in Clackamas County before relocating to East Texas. Jesse graduated high school from Canby, Oregon and began his career in law enforcement in 2006. During his 15 year career, Jesse worked for the Molalla and Oregon City police departments. Jesse conducted both civil and criminal investigations, ranging from minor violations to Measure 11 crimes, and developed a passion for DUII enforcement. 

 

When not working, Jesse enjoys spending time with his family and spending time outdoors. He is also an avid fisherman, hiker, hunter and enjoys riding his horses around Texas.
